Moon Palace Cancun
A sprawling 3-property all-inclusive resort complex on Cancun's south shore comprising 25+ restaurants and bars. The resort is divided into three distinct sections: Moon Palace Cancun (comprising Sunrise and Nizuc sub-sections) and Moon Palace The Grand. Sunrise and Nizuc guests have full cross-access to each other's restaurants, bars, and amenities, plus Golf Course dining. The Grand is a premium luxury property that requires a paid day pass ($99 adults / $50 kids) for Sunrise and Nizuc guests to access. The Grand guests have full access to all three sections. All restaurants are all-inclusive with no upcharge except select premium cuts at JC Steakhouse and Japanese wagyu at Jade.
Moon Palace Cancun is divided into three distinct properties: Moon Palace Cancun (comprising Sunrise and Nizuc sections) and Moon Palace The Grand. Sunrise and Nizuc guests have FULL reciprocal access to each other's restaurants, bars, and amenities — plus access to the Golf Course restaurants. However, Sunrise and Nizuc guests must purchase a day pass ($99 USD adults / $50 USD children) to access The Grand and its exclusive restaurants (including Habibi, Le Château, Circus, JC Steakhouse, Jade, etc.). Resort credits cannot be used for The Grand day pass. Palace Elite Diamond members receive complimentary access to all three sections. Grand guests have free access to Sunrise and Nizuc at all times. Free bus shuttles connect all sections throughout the day. Walking end-to-end takes approximately 20 minutes. All-inclusive dining includes 24-hour room service at The Grand, and specialty restaurants are all included with no upcharge (except premium cuts at JC Steakhouse and Japanese wagyu tableside at Jade). Reservations for specialty à la carte restaurants can only be made after arrival by dialing 0 from the room or using the Palace Resorts app.
