Momo is dual-format: a full Pan-Asian à la carte menu (sushi, Thai, Japanese) plus a live teppanyaki experience at reserved hibachi tables. The teppanyaki is the most entertaining dinner in the Sunrise section — reserve it through the front desk on arrival day since it fills immediately. The à la carte section is walk-in friendly with no wait, and the sushi and noodle dishes are among the stronger à la carte offerings at Moon Palace.

• Teppanyaki Dinner (hibachi table)
  Book this first when you arrive — chef show with tableside grilling of chicken, shrimp, and steak; reserve via concierge or dial 0 from the room.
• Pad Thai
  The most reliable à la carte main; well-balanced and a safe choice for the table before trying bolder items.
• Maki Roll Selection
  The sushi bar is the hidden strength at Momo — California roll, spicy tuna, and salmon rolls are the proven picks.
• Gyoza
  Crispy pan-fried dumplings; the best shared starter before noodle or teppanyaki mains.

Teppanyaki tables require advance reservation (fill on arrival day); regular à la carte dining is walk-in. Reservation can only be made after check-in.
