The Grill is The Grand's Argentinean parrilla — an open-air restaurant with smoke-scented charcoal grilling, a no-reservation lunch buffet, and a serious à la carte dinner menu. Returning Grand guests often rank it over JC Steakhouse: the cuts are different (gaucho-style flank and ribeye rather than American steakhouse), the outdoor setting is more relaxed, and the Chocotorta dessert has a dedicated following. Order the ribeye rare to medium-rare.
