The mariachi adds genuine atmosphere that no other restaurant at The Grand can match. Reservations required; it fills less aggressively than the premium tables, making it the best chance at same-day availability.

  Traditional corn tortilla tacos — the kitchen's most authentic preparation; order several varieties to compare fillings, which guests describe as properly seasoned rather than resort-simplified.
• Enchiladas with Mole
