Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa is a single-property resort. All guests have full access to the main dining venues: World Café buffet, Bordeaux (French), Portofino (Italian), Himitsu (Asian), El Patio (Mexican), Bluewater Grill, Barefoot Grill, and Coco Café. Preferred Club guests additionally receive à la carte breakfast at Portofino and Bluewater Grill. Club & Villas guests have exclusive access to the Seaside Grill (breakfast daily, lunch and dinner in winter season), Gohan rooftop sushi bar (lunch daily, dinner in winter season), and Sky Bar on the adults-only rooftop. Through the Sip, Savor & See program, all guests can dine for dinner at participating Hyatt Inclusive Collection sister resorts in the Mexican Caribbean, including Dreams Riviera Cancun, Dreams Puerto Morelos, Dreams Jade, Dreams Natura, Dreams Playa Mujeres, Dreams Sands Cancun, Dreams Tulum, Dreams Vista Cancun, Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya, and Dreams Cozumel Cape. Arrangements must be made through the concierge by 3 PM; guests are responsible for their own transportation. The program operates from 6 PM to 1 AM and is limited to parties of 4.
