Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal guests enjoy the broadest access in the complex: they may dine at the à la carte specialty restaurants at all four neighboring properties — Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an (adults 18+), Bahia Principe Grand Tequila (adults 18+, opened December 1, 2025), Bahia Principe Grand Coba, and Bahia Principe Grand Tulum — as well as use common facilities including pools and bars. Buffet dining is restricted to guests' own home property only. Minors are not permitted in the adults-only areas or restaurants of Sian Ka'an and Grand Tequila. Reservations for à la carte dinners are required and can be made up to 10 days in advance via the Bahia Principe app; guests are strongly advised to book as soon as online check-in opens, as availability fills quickly. An internal golf cart shuttle connects all five properties and runs frequently; properties are also accessible on foot along the beach corridor. The resort complex collectively operates 24 restaurants, 25 bars, and 12 swimming pools.
