Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is a single resort property divided into two sections: Hacienda (family-friendly) and Heaven (adults-only). Adults staying in either section have full dining access across both areas. Heaven guests can freely access all Hacienda restaurants, pools, bars and facilities. Hacienda adult guests can access Heaven restaurants for dinner, including WAI, UMO, Faro, Le Petit Cochon, and Ciao. Children and teens are restricted from Heaven's adults-only areas, restaurants, and pools. Heaven guests receive priority reservations at UMO, WAI, and Faro restaurants. Free golf cart shuttles run between the sections from each lobby. All specialty restaurants are included in the all-inclusive package with no reservations required (seating is first-come, first-served), though Heaven restaurants accept reservations and are recommended for popular times. Room service is available 24/7 to all guests at no extra charge. Most outdoor pool bars close by 6pm, but lobby bars stay open later. The resort features 9 specialty restaurants, multiple bars, pool bars, beach bars, snack venues, coffee shops, and 24-hour room service - all included in the all-inclusive package.
