Sandos Hotels & Resorts - Mexico: Cross-Property Dining Access
IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of 2025, cross-property dining access between Sandos resorts in Mexico has been officially discontinued. Previously, guests at Sandos Caracol and Sandos Playacar (both in Playa del Carmen area) could visit each other with complimentary day passes from 11am-11pm, with access to buffet restaurants only (not à la carte). Guests needed to arrange own transportation (approximately 15 minutes by taxi, ~$11-15 USD). Sandos Cancun guests previously had access to both Playacar and Caracol. This benefit was discontinued to enhance personalized service within each individual resort. Royal Elite members may have different privileges - contact member services for current benefits. Sandos Finisterra in Los Cabos has always operated independently due to distance.
