Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara Cancún: Cross-Property Dining Access
Cross-property dining access between Hyatt Ziva Cancún and Hyatt Zilara Cancún is NOT currently available despite historical marketing materials suggesting otherwise. Multiple recent guest reports (2022-2024) confirm that access is consistently denied at both properties. The two resorts are separately managed with different management teams and are located approximately 5 minutes apart by car with no shuttle service. This differs from Hyatt Ziva/Zilara properties in Jamaica (Rose Hall) and Dominican Republic (Cap Cana) where adult guests DO have reciprocal dining privileges. Important note: Hyatt Zilara Cancún suspended operations April 1, 2025 for complete property renovation and will reopen April 2026 with reimagined dining concepts.
