Hoteles Xcaret
Hoteles Xcaret is a luxury resort group in Mexico's Riviera Maya featuring three distinctive properties: Hotel Xcaret México (family-friendly), Hotel Xcaret Arte (adults-only, 16+), and La Casa de la Playa (ultra-luxury boutique). All properties operate under the innovative All-Fun Inclusive concept, which includes unlimited access to Grupo Xcaret parks, celebrity chef-led restaurants, and transportation between properties.
Hoteles Xcaret features tiered cross-property dining access. La Casa de la Playa (ultra-luxury boutique) guests receive FULL ACCESS to all 21 restaurants at Hotel Xcaret México and Hotel Xcaret Arte through their Exclusively Your Way benefits, plus private Mercedes Benz transportation. Hotel Xcaret México and Hotel Xcaret Arte have LIMITED cross-access: Standard guests at either property do NOT have automatic access to the other property's restaurants. However, guests can purchase the 'Apapaxoa Flavors of Culture' package to gain unlimited access to all restaurants at both México and Arte (beverages included, restrictions apply). This package includes access to specialty restaurants Ha' and Xaak (wine pairings not included). As of January 2025, Casa de los Artistas guests at Hotel Xcaret Arte also receive access to Hotel Xcaret México facilities and restaurants, but this policy changes frequently. Properties are adjacent and within walking distance, though shuttle service is available. La Casa de la Playa restaurants remain exclusive to their guests only. The Apapaxoa package grants access to approximately 30 combined restaurants across México and Arte, making it the most comprehensive dining experience available. Reservations are strongly recommended for cross-property dining and should be made 3+ weeks in advance.
